A Full Week
This week I Am super excited, and the reason is, is because it is the week of my level two tap performance. It's at the Painted Bride in Philadelphia and my group will be the first ones on. It is only a day away, and yet I feel a little nervous all ready. I know tomorrow I will wake up with a nervous stomach but once I get on stage it will all go away. I've performed in front of people before, and at first I thought I would have stage fright, but as it turns out it really wasn't that scary. I have to say it was slightly disappointing, I mean I see all those movies where girls get on stage and pass out yet, for me it just felt like I was only performing in my living room. Just with a lot more people watching me. This year we might have a bigger crowd, and there are other performers as well, but our songs are a lot of fun, and that makes it easier. I love Tap dancing and everyone who is in my group does also, and I think that really shows through in our dance. I wish everyone who is performing with me (they are all fabulous) the best of luck.

Look on the Bright Side of the Dark Side

Hellloooooo Fellow Bloggers,
Today I'd like to talk about staying positive no matter what. This is definitely something I'm always having trouble with. It's definitely a problem when your the one with the least problems and the gloomiest face in the house. As I sit here typing away, even though it's not new years I feel the need for a resolution. Why you may ask. Well I will GLADLY tell you. I was just watching a little kids show called Ruby Gloom. Now most people might remember Ruby from her clothing and accessory line that sold prominently at Hot Topic. My sister has stickers, posters, and a book of her. I have a Doom Kitty T-shirt. Back then I was an Emily the Strange girl myself. But you know what I love about Ruby. She is the happiest girl in the world, because she has an ever unfailing positive outlook on life. She see's the good and bright side of everything in her huge dark mansion surrounded by her unusual friends. That kind of inspires me you know. You can find inspiration anywhere when you least expect it. Even Rebbe Nachman thought it was one of the most important thing to be happy and that there was always something good in everything, and that we could elevate those things by finding the good in them. So that's going to be my resolution.

A poem for Girls
Helloooo fellow bloggers,
This is a really sweet poem I found that I'd thought I'd share with you.
Girls
are like
apples on trees.
the best ones are
at the top of the tree. The
Boys don't want to reach
for the good ones because they
are afraid of falling and getting
hurt. Instead, they just get the
rotten apples from the ground that
that aren't as good But easy. So
the apples on the top think
there is something wrong
with them,when in reality,
they are amazing they
just have to
wait for the
right boy to come
along, the one who
is brave enough to climb
all the to the to the tree.

Something I Couldn't be Without

Hellloooo fellow bloggers,
It's me, back on my blog to tell you about something very important to me. A long long time ago, when we were going to Israel for he first time my mother took me to target to buy a backpack as a carry on. As we went down the aisle, I had trouble deciding which style to choose. But suddenly, there i saw it, nestled among the others, sparkling like a beacon through the dark clouds it jumped out at me and screamed, "BUYYY MEEEEE, I'MMM THE ONE YOU WANT!!!!!"
...okay so maybe that's not really how it happened. My mother grabbed a bright flowery one from the rack and said, "This one looks cute." and I frowned at it and thought it was too psychadellic. But with the way I feel about it now it might as well have jumped out at me.
I bought it, and now, I feel quite at a loss without it. I put all my valuable possesions in it and baruch Hashem I haven't lost anything placed in that backpack yet. Which is handy for me because I always seem to unintentionally missplace things. mostly library cards. But I still feel secure in the fact that I can practically stuff anything in it that I'll need wherever I go. books, notebooks, pencils, a magnifying glass, a tap recorder, whistle, etc. It's like Wakko's gag bag to me. Only I haven't found a wooden mallet to fit inside yet.Just kidding. ^_^
But trust me, backpack are amazingly handy, and if you like to have a lot of tings with you when your out in an easy to carry place, go to your nearest store and buy a backpack. You shan't regret it, and if you do well...don't blame me, it was just a suggeston. ^_~
P.S. that backpack in the picture is the exact one I have. Just imagine it as faded, beat up and definately missing the stuff tag. I took that off a week after getting it. ^_^

Another Off Day
Hellllooooo fellow bloggers,
I wish I had a camera, I really do. then you could see that the world around me, (or at least outside my house) is covered in powdery glistening snow.
it was even more beautiful yesterday in the moonlight. It's the second wensday in a row that it has snowed and we got off from work. I can just imagine all the little children we teach bundled up in their winter coats and playing out in the snow. Making snow men and having snowball fights. Sometimes I miss being that young. But I guess your ideal of fun changes. I'm going to be perfectly happy grabbing my new mysteries, curling up on the couch and reading them.
Also my cousin is down for the week, so when she wakes up and my sister does it should add to the days pleasures. We always have a lot of fun with my cousins.
oh also as a P.S. I finished my first Agatha Christie novel (yay me!) I really like it, it was very interesting and fun to read. I'm starting on my second this week.

Mother and Daughter
Hellloooo fellow bloggers,
How is everyone today? it's a snow day here, and a very nice one because my family has off. I was very excited to hear that, even though my brother is still going to his office. But my sister and mother are staying with me the whole day. they've been so busy at work they deserve a day off.
I especially like it because my mother and I have something we both like to do together. We both like watching this TV show called Psych. We also like looking for the alleged pineapple in every episode. I love finding this TV show at the library, because, I know mommy with love watching it with me. This is so nice because my mother never sits down to watch a movie because she's always to busy. But now I wait at night for her to finish up her work and then we both sit on the couch, and watch the latest episode, and we laugh and have a lot of fun.
And even though I don't like Twilight I always try to get the new books for my mother because she loves them and has so much fun reading them. I've never seen my mother so excited about a book series before. I love to hear her laugh, or get excited about something she's reading. It's a little something we both share and I look at it as special. I love my mother and for a while when she started working I really missed here because she had so much to do. But it feels that more and more these days we have time we're spending together and it really makes me happy.

A Comedy Within Comedy
Helllllooooooooo fellow bloggers,
This year, Disney channel is coming out with a new show that I'm really excited to see. It's called Sonny with a Chance, and it's about a girl who joins the cast of a comedy show called "So Random". It's a show within a show, with fully produced comedy sketches. It stars Demi Lovato, a new Disney star who made her debut on "As the Bell Rings" and became popular with her role as Mitchie in "Camp Rock" a Disney channel movie that wasn't very good but Demi was very cute in it.
I usually don't follow celebrities so much because they have a habit of disappointing you, which really isn't they're fault so much because they are regular people with added stress levels because of their work, fans, and the media following their every move.
But I read a lot of nice things about Demi and I like her music, so I'm really looking forward to her show, and her future career.

The Writer Blabs on...
HELLLLOOOOO fellow Bloggers,
Today, The sky is gray, which is no surprise to me because a storm is coming, and lately it's been raining enough to rival Forks Washington. (haha)
Yesterday, while I was watching superstars of dance for my mom (which i don't really understand because some of the dancer aren't very super) I saw this girl who did a tap dance number to Jerry Lewis's typewriter song. I liked it but the Judges didn't. Although disappointing, the group team from America really lifted us out of last place. They were super good, they are called the groovaloo's and you should totally look them up on youtube.
The Ireland team, although good seems to just be doing Lord of the dance all over again. I mean I recognize all the dances, and I was trying to think of why they were doing that. Maybe they're traditional dances, I don't know but, it lessens my impressed level.
Recently I've been having this problem, I want absolute quiet whenever I sit down to read a book, but usually I read in the afternoon, since I finished all my chores and schoolwork. But the afternoon, is when my family comes home, and for some reason I can never concentrate on my book, if people are talking, watching a movie, or listening to music. It never used to bother me before but now it does, and the slightest noise makes me freak out 'cause I can't read then. All I want to do is enjoy a nice book, but I can't tell my family and everything else around me to stop what they're doing just so I can read. So last night when I had a particularly bad episode of failing to concentrate under noise, after I felt better, it suddenly reminded me of an Animaniacs song that Dot sings. So here it is enjoy. ^_^
When I finished watching it, I looked down at the comments and this was one of them I read that was super funny: "Cheap romance horror thriller novels? Sounds like Twilight." haha! I was thinking the same thing when Dot said that. ^_^
Well, I hope to soon conquer this noise problem I'm having. I'm going to pray for some patience and tolerance. I also thought that maybe it's caused by lack of sleep, so tonight, I'm gonna work on one solution I thought of, and go to bed early.
Soooooooo long until next time.

Back To Ye Olde Swing of Things
Hellloooooo, All you Bloggers Out there,
It is I, You know who. ^_^
Well a new week has started and with it, my sister and mother start working again. My father and brother as well. I really miss them sometimes, but that's just how life is. What about me? Is that what you asked. Oh, I'm ever so flattered. I've just been doing the same ol' same ol'. Biology which makes no sense because they use really long words which really doesn't bother me, but it's hard when there are so many consonants in front of each other. Math which possibly makes more sense then Biology but not by much. Also Vocabulary, and English, which both make alot of sense.
Also I felt terrible yesterday on account of a bad mix of foodstuff. But I'm okay now. Not that you were worried. ^-^
Ooooh also, my darling brother-sibling took me to the bookstore on Saturday night, were I indulged myself in some leisure reading and getting my mother the latest Twilight book. She loves that series.
Well, I'm gonna go watch this TV show for my mother so, Goodnight Everybody!

Totally Insaney...
Hi, I just thought I'd share my animaney quiz results with you dear bloggers!
If you end up taking it, post your results on my comments I'd soooooo wanna know! Just click on the which Animaniacs Character are You above Yakko's Picture. ^_^
until then, Goodnight Everybody!
Which Animaniacs Character are You?

Talkative, huh? Perhaps sing-ative would be more appropriate, actually. When people don't understand something, it usually drives you to cutting, sarcastic remarks. Your other extreme is bursting into song with almost no prompting, often to explain complex ideas. No one knows quite what you are, exactly. You have made many "special" friends, and there's baloney in your slacks.

Happy New Year 2009
Hellloooooo fellow bloggers,
I'm back to write a little post for the new year. We had a big party, our cousins suprised us by coming over and playing music as they entered the house. I broke a wooden spoon against a pot (next year I'm buying a metal spoon), there was music dancing and I ate too many pickles. It looks like it snow in our front yard because of the confetti we threw, which i'm still shaking out of my hair. Yesterday I was planning to write this post but I was busy, so I am doing it today. But I've forgotten all those lovely eloquent words I fabricated yesterday, so instead I will simply say: to another Year of change, may it only be good.

On the 4th day of Hanukkah...
HELLLOOOOO Fellow bloggers,
It is already the fourth night of hanukkah, it's raining, and even though it's a holiday no one get's off from school. For an eight night holiday this one always seems to go the fastest for me. I haven't even had any doughnuts. But aside from that i guess i should mention the better things that have happened: I got a lovely new prayer book which has a prayer for finding lost objects which really comes in handy in my room. ^_^ Just kidding, but it is one of my favorites so far. I also got a lovely little penguino mug. My mother always knows what I like.
I helped my sister go shopping and accidentally rammed my cart into a display of glue in a tube. They fell all over the floor and the hangers came down and everything. The clerks asked if I was okay which I thought was nice of them considering I had unintentionally given them more work.
Well I have to stop writing now because I have my own busy schedule to get done,
so until next time, bye!

40. What song do you want played at your funeral? Wow what a depressing thought...no that's not the song. ^_^ I don't really know, but I'd want it to help everyone remember the happy side of me.

Life is just so...daily...
Hellooo fellow bloggers,
I haven't posted anything in a while because nothing particularly exciting has happened. Except for yesterday. A little boy escaped his parents in a nursing home and my friend and I were the ones who found him on the 5th floor. The parents we're very happy. But the 3rd and 4th floor were under construction and looked really creepy. Going up in the elevator I resisted the urge to sing chopsticks...which I know you probably think is weird so I'll explain it. In an Animaniacs episode Wakko is stuck in an elevator with his psychiatrist and he sings every song he knows until he runs out. so he starts singing chopsticks. Animaniacs songs are so much fun to sing.
We are know on a 3 week vacation from the friendship circle. then we will go back and become friends with a new child. My friend hasn't had time to bond with any of the children because they kept switching each week. But maybe this next session she'll have a steady buddy.
My friend liked the drama session so much that she got to perform in the Hanukkah play as the king. It was alot of fun to watch and everyone really liked it.
My poor brother really bruised his nose yesterday while snowboarding. It scared me so much when he came into the house with a giant band-aid over his nose. It's hard to look at because it looks like it really hurts but he claims it does not.
So my friend left to comment on my last post asking how I liked the Twilight movie, so I thought I'd answer here since I'm not that good at full blown reviews. The music was
really beautiful as well as the scenery. The baseball scene was fun, and we laughed alot. I think that pretty much covers it. ^_^
Well I must go and tend to a pot of rice i have on the stove. So goodbye until next time. Oh and also, check out my art on deviantart! i posted up some Twilight comics that my mother thought were hilarious.

The Happyness Post
Hi all you bloggers out there! I haven't written in a while because, well I didn't have much to write about that was interesting.
But I found something kinda interesting this morning. It was a frozen EGG! seriously. Then my poor mommy and sister had to go out in the crazy wind, to go to school, just so they could teach little children how to read. ^_^
But I bet your asking..."what does this have to do with happyness? are frozen eggs your source of happyness? Or watching your poor mother and sister go out in blistering weather?"
no it's not 'cause that would be Schedenfrued, which is a german word meaning "pleasure from other people's misery." which is something that happens alot in sitcoms, and cartoons. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's just annoying. But Rebbe Nachman said you shouldn't get laughs by making other people feel bad. Which I think is nice, there are alot of other ways to be funny without being cruel.
Sometimes it's really hard to be happy when you are so sad. But Rebbe Nachman said it was sooo important to be happy that you should do anything to be happy, even being silly. I'm not sure I could imagine a Rabbi acting silly but, i'm sure amongs themselves they must be sometimes. I've learned alot from Crossing the Narrow Bridge but I like the happyness chapter the best so far. So whenever I feel bad I try to do alot of things that make me happy. So I've made a little list, it's not in any order, just in order of remebrence.
1. I say Perek Shira, 'cause it makes me feel better reading all the pretty verses the animals say to Hashem.
2. I listen to funny songs like Animaniacs or Veggietale or alvin and the Chipmunks.
3. I read a new Mystery! Right now I'm reading Wuthering Heights which isn't a mystery, but when I go to the library I'll get more mystery's to read.
4. I'll watch something that makes me happy, like HSM or Animaniacs, or some really old comedy show or movie.
5. Alot of other stuff I do is if I haven't done Davening yet, I'll do it to help myself be happy.
6. I'll dance! I love to tap dance but I'm not too good at it. Mostly I just run up and down the hallway. Or I'll knit. My mommy just taught me how to knit and when it get's bigger i'll post a picture of it up here! I also like to make people happy by making them laugh which makes me happy to make people happy which is...good. ^_^
If I think of anything else I'll post it up. But in the mean time, if you ever feeling down just try to think of all the things that make you happy. With some practice, it might get easier and people will say, "Look at him/her, there so happy! that's what I admire about them!" Which is a wonderful thing to be admire for.
Now I will go and eat oatmeal, with lot's of brown sugar which makes me happy when I eat it on a cold day like this. ^_^

It's Tzivya and her first day at Friendship Circle...
Hi all your bloggers out there. This week, Friendship Circle started out again. It's a very nice program where young adults volunteer with special needs children and become their friends. I think it's a beautiful idea and I am very proud to be a part of it. This week, I was introduce to my friend, and it was they're first day at Friendship Circle as well. I was able to talk to their parents before hand and learn a little bit about them. I hope that I can make them feel comfortable and have a good time for the next four weeks. Sometimes it takes a while for them to get used to you and accept you but when you have done it it's a wonderful feeling to know your doing something good for them by being their friend.
The rest of my week compared was rather uneventful. I found my lost i-pod but it was just hiding in my backpack. I learned some new songs on the piano. One is a very nice jazz piece. I like jazzy music.

The 44th President of the United States
Hi everyone out there. As you know we now have a new President and it is Barack Obama. My brother watched the elections all night along with my mother. She felt very patriotic that night and was proud to see the progress America has made. We now officially have the first African American president. It's definitely a historic year.
We all also watched McCain's speech and we thought it was really nice and eloquent. I know a lot of people are disappointed he didn't make it as president but at least we all know he is a real American hero.
Now to everyone who is freaking out about the new president I have only one thing to say to you and I read it in Perek Shira, it's what the wild goose, and duck say and it's the truth: "Cursed is the man who trust in human beings, blessed is the man who trust in God and God shall be his assurance. Trust in god forever and ever for God, is the strength of worlds."
You should have faith that God will protect us no matter what.

It's 11:40, I should be asleep...
But I should do alot of things. Today, I saw something really funny on Youtube. It was a cartoon video of a girl named Beth crashing the High School Musical movies. It was sooo funny I couldn't stop laughing. You should really check them out.
Well as everyone knows the PHILLIES won! Which entitles me to my own world series shirt. It's very comfy and warm and rawther fashionable. I grow more fond of it each minute. I have a cold this week and I blame it on my sister only mine BH" is not anywhere near as bad as hers but she is feeling much better. I am soon going to start postin a story I'm working on for my friends. It's just some fun random drabble about a club we made up and my blog title might make more sense after it. I want to be a writer, so what better way to start then right now with the public. I hope I can put them up soon!
Well, Goodnight Everybody!!

Crazy Huge Snowflakes!
It is the first suprising snowfall of the winter. My sister came home from work, and said "It's snowing."
I looked outside and saw snowflakes falling from the sky. I took the dog out and carried and umbrella as the snowflakes began thundering down the size of golfballs. I forgot to put on a heavy coat and when i tried to pull the dog inside my hands were frozen. Now they are thawed out and warm again. I thought it was cold in the house. Nothing compared to outside. I quickly rushed out and rescued my little Avocado plant from the monster snowflakes and brought it inside. It's now drying in the kitchen.
The snowfall is early but I don't mind because, last year we barely had any snow. I don't expect it to stick because it was raining before, but it's fun to watch...Baruch Hashem inside your warm house.

The Week till Wensday
Hi there,
I'm am just taking this oppurtinity; until the girl I have to babysits comes home, to tell you about my week. I usually don't do this because my weeks are just so daily. But since I'd like to share some things, and I don't feel like putting them in a post each to their own, I will cram them all here.
On Sunday, I went with my friend to go see High School Musical 3. Yeah I know that sounds corny but we actually had a really good time and I liked it and thought it a nice addition to the first (I didn't like the 2nd). Then we went to a Friendship Circle training session. the Friendship Cricle is a group I'm in the has teenage volunteers work, and be buddies with children with special needs. It's an amzing organization and I'm proud to be apart of it.
Then on Monday, um...I'm not exactly sure what happened on Monday. I don't think I had a particularly good day, although it was productive.
I finally started to work on my latch hook again. I usually work on it while watching movies because I don't like to just sit there for hours and not do anything productive. It's coming along very well.
On Tuesday, we had monster snowflakes which as said didn't stick. Baruch Hashem I rescued my avocado plant. No harm came to it and I'm really relieved.
I'm reading the book of Joshua. I'm enjoying the commentary on it. I've also started learning Crossing the Narrow Bridge with my mother although I haven't gotten past the first chapter yet because my mother took it to work with her. The first chapter was all about serving hashem with simplicity. I liked this chapter alot, because it teaches you to enjoy saying prayers and not to be uptight about it and how to just pick one mitzvah and do it whole heartedly.
Well, I better go, goodbye until my next post...
P.S. This post is before the Snowflake one because I started writing it early on something else but then I erased that and instead wrote this.
